This is a legal SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT between you (the LICENSEE) and Addaptron Software Inc. for free no-obligation trial version of the software (SOFTWARE).
Addaptron Software hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE and any related electronic documentation (DOCUMENTATION) included with the SOFTWARE subject to the following terms:
1. The LICENSEE is granted permission to use the free trial version of SOFTWARE for evaluation purpose. Your license to use the free trial expires 60 days after installation. The LICENSEE acknowledges that this LICENSE does not confer any proprietary rights to the LICENSEE. Furthermore the LICENSEE acknowledges that all copyrights to SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by Addaptron Software Inc. The LICENSEE may make a copy of the DOCUMENTATION if the copy is used only for internal purpose and not republished or distributed to any third party.
2. The LICENSEE agrees not to copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the licensed SOFTWARE. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and civil prosecution.
3. THE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADDAPTRON SOFTWARE INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR THE MISUSE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
4. The free-trial version may have some limited capabilities (files downloading or/and some processing can be disabled). The part of results can be explored using pre-calculated exemplary outputs.
5. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE "CANCEL" BUTTON AND UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

To purchase the software (all-option version), start the program, go to Help (License) from the main menu, and follow the instruction to request the unlocking key. After receiving the order and your payment, we will provide you with unlocking key (normally within two business days).
